When somebody asks about the dimensions of a hitch, it usually means they're wanting to install the hitch on a vehicle that hasn't been fit tested. I've heard reports that there's info from online forums where it's said that this particular hitch will fit many different BMW models.

This Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver with Drawbar - Custom Fit - Class I, part # C11174, has towing capacities of 200 lbs tongue weight and 2000 lbs maximum gross trailer weight.
You will need to consult the owners manual of your 1999 BMW 328 wagon to see what BMW recommends as towing capacities.

The Curt # C11367 is a Class I hitch, as are all the hitches that fit a 2013 BMW 3 Series, and the maximum capacity for a Class I hitch is two bikes so your Pro Series PS63138 cannot be used as a 4-bike rack with this hitch.
There are trunk-mounted racks that fit your '13 BMW 3 Series sedan which will allow you to fit a maximum of three bikes. I recommend checking out the Yakima FullBack # Y02634, which only uses four straps to attach to your BMW, rather than the far more common six straps.... view full answer...
With the strap in place on the cradles on the 2 outside holes, the distance from the bottom of the cradle to the strap is approximately 3-1/4 inches. The width of the cradle at the widest point is approximately 1-3/4 inches.
The distance from the cradle to the strap is a little misleading because if a frame was slightly larger, it could still fit because the straps are rubber and they will stretch. I have included some informational links on this bike rack for you to view.

The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 24857, is a Class I trailer hitch with a 2,000 pound gross trailer weight capacity and 200 pound tongue weight capacity. The distance from the ground to the bottom of the receiver tube on the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH94VR is 8-1/4" and the distance from the hitch pin hole to the bumper is 1/2".
These measurements were taken on a 2013 BMW 3 Series with stock tires and suspension, but since there are a bunch of different variations of tire sizes these numbers could vary within an 1/2". view full answer...
As you can see in the photo, the bolt holes of the # 63056 and the # TR-1 and # UF15-954730 will not match up.
Although you could drill additional holes in the tire mount that would match up with those of the pintle mount, the two pieces really are not meant to work together.

The overall width of the wheel in tire and wheel combo # AM3H325 is 8 inches. The inner width where the tire sits is actually 7 inches. Since this wheel has a zero offset the backspacing is going to be 4 inches. The tire width is 8-7/8 inches overall making half of that 4.43 inches or 4-7/16.
